Lyon-Lincoln Electric Cooperative is bound by the cooperative's bylaws which are essentially a set of rules defining how the organization will run. The membership has the power to change the bylaws. The LLEC Board reviews the cooperative bylaws and proposed changes are brought to the membership in the newsletter, Cooperative Connections, and voted on at the Cooperative's Annual Meeting.
